Underground Buffalo (Literally)

While surfing around the internet a few days ago I came across a photo gallery by . On his website, Concrete Aperture, he detailed a trip into the Scajaquada creek tunnel. 

For those of you not in the know, back in the 1920s the powers that be in our wonderful city of Buffalo thought it was a good idea to bury a section of the Scajaquada creek (between Forrest Lawn & Cheektowaga Town Park). 

Why? Who knows... I've always wondered what the tunnels look like down there but I never though to go exploring. Now Thanks to Mark James, I don't have too...
